AGREEMENT BETWEEN FIELD EXECUTIVE AND RHGM SERVICES PVT. LTD.

This Master Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into between RHGM Services Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the individual registering as a Field Executive (hereinafter referred to as the “Field Executive” or “You”).

1. SCOPE OF WORK

  • Credit Card Applications
  • Loan Applications (Personal, Home, Business, etc.)
  • Saving Account Opening
  • Demat Account Opening
  • Insurance Services (Health, Life, Motor, etc.)
  • Digital Marketing & Financial Services
  • Customer Data Verification & Lead Generation
  • KYC Document Collection & Processing
  • E-commerce & Online Service Enrollments
  • Other Projects Managed by RHGM Services Pvt. Ltd.

2. WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

  • All work must be strictly performed as per the Company’s guidelines.
  • Only official links and platforms provided by the Company should be used for work.
  • Accurate and verified documents must be collected and submitted.
  • Fake or fraudulent entries are strictly prohibited; any fraudulent activity will result in permanent account termination.
  • Executives must complete tasks within the given deadlines to remain eligible for payouts.

3. PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Payments will be made only for valid and approved work as per the Company’s policies.
  • Different projects have different commission structures, which will be updated within the App.
  • Payments will be processed on a weekly/monthly basis as per the Company’s schedule.

4. FRAUD PREVENTION & SECURITY MEASURES

Strict fraud monitoring is in place, and any misuse will result in immediate termination.

5. DATA SECURITY & CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Field Executives must keep all customer and company data confidential.
  • Sharing, selling, or misusing customer data is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

6. ACCOUNT INACTIVITY & TERMINATION POLICY

  • If inactive for 3 consecutive days, the account may be deactivated automatically.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion without prior notice.

7. LEGAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • This Agreement is legally binding, and failure to comply will result in strict legal consequences.
  • All disputes related to this Agreement shall be governed by Indian laws.
  • Jurisdiction: Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.

8. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

By signing this Agreement or registering on the App, you confirm that you have read and understood all the terms and conditions and agree to comply with all Company policies and rules.
